What is Nudge?

  • When enabled, you will receive repeated notifications if the alert condition has not been resolved by the next nudge period. The nudge periods available are daily and weekly. This option is available for Minimum level, Maximum level, and Usage over time alerts.

What is Alert On Recovery?

  • When enabled, you will be notified when the alert condition has resolved (e.g., the tank level rises above the minimum level). This option is available for Minimum level, Maximum level, and Usage over time alerts.

What is a Buffer?

  • A buffer prevents repetitive alerts about the same event by requiring the component level to reach a defined buffer level before the alert condition is considered resolved. A new alert will only be triggered if the component level recovers and then reaches the alert condition again. If it stays within the buffer range, no new alert will be triggered.
