As of October 2024, meter.me is updating its roles and permissions for Channel Partners (System Integrators and Certified Installers) to coincide with the release of Organizations.
NEW Roles Overview:
- Installer: The installer role maintains all the permissions it had before, namely the ability to add devices to a water system.
- Systems Admin: The Systems Admin role can set up customer organizations and water systems but cannot install devices. They can also access administrative reports and invite team members as well as customers to the app.
- Super Installer: The Super Installer role has full permissions to adminstrate their organization. They are able to manage their team and customers, create customer organizations, water systems, and devices, and access administrative reports.
