New Features: February 2024 app release

We are excited to share more details on the recent meter.me mobile and web app update released on 2/7/24.
In this version, all users now have visibility to alerts in the web app.
Installers can now add custom range components using both digital and analog sensors.

What’s NEW on mobile (1.19.9)?

  • Add custom range components: Installers can add custom range components that utilize both analog (e.g., 4-20mA, 0-5v) and digital sensors learn more
  • Customize display units for custom range components: users with custom range components can adjust their unit of measurement display preferences learn more
  • Bulk action for enabling and disabling alerts: ability to enable or disable ALL offline and low battery alerts in one action learn more

What’s NEW on the web (1.6.8)?

  • Subscription status: Users will be able to view when their subscription becomes past due. learn more
  • Add custom range components: Installers can add custom range components that utilize both analog (e.g., 4-20mA, 0-5v) and digital sensors learn more
  • Customize display units for custom range components: users with custom range components can adjust their unit of measurement display preferences learn more
  • Account default unit: Users can select the account’s default units of measurement for their components learn more
  • Alerts visibility: users can now view and enable/disable alerts in the web app
  • Well graph min/max/average: Users can now view the minimum, maximum, and average water level for a given time in their well graph(s)
