In the web app, new meter.me users will see a banner on the top of the app screen indicating a trial period for their system. This banner indicates the amount of time the billing user has to set up their subscription payment.
- The designated billing contact will see in the banner the option to Set up Subscription. Selecting this will open a page that allows the billing user to complete payment.
- Other users will see the option to Contact Admin. Selecting this will allow them to email the designated billing contact for the system.
If a subscription becomes past due, the billing banner will indicate this and provide a link for the billing user to add a payment method and manage their subscription.
