After the meter.me upgrade on 7 Feb 2024, a banner had been displayed on the web app (accessed through https://web.meter.me) for many accounts stating:
“Your account is past due! To maintain access…”
This is a known bug, and our team has since resolved this issue. If your account is truly past due, you will receive an email communication from Lamarr, Inc. requesting payment of an overdue invoice.
