Notice for mobile app update 3/11/24

On March 11, 2024, after updating meter.me, some Android users are having trouble accessing the mobile app.

When Android users attempt to log in for the first time after the update, they receive an error message indicating that the multi-factor authentication code has expired, even though it was just received.

This is a known bug, and our team is working diligently to resolve it. There is currently a workaround to allow access to the app.

In order to resolve the issue, you must:

  1. Uninstall the app from your Android device
  2. Re-download the app from the Google Play Store
