Login link isn't working?

If you’re not receiving the login link to your inbox, try the following:

  1. Check your spam folder(s) for the login link.
  2. Since slow network connectivity can cause the login link delivery to be delayed, it is recommended to use a strong internet connection when you log in to the app.

If you receive the login link but encounter an error when you open it, please review the following and try again:

  1. Try rebooting your device and requesting a new login link. If you have any questions on how to do that, check out our community article of How to log in with a login link
  2. If using a mobile device, the first time you use a login link, the link will be launched in your browser, and you will see a dialog box that reads, “Open link in the app?”
    • Select Open
    • Do NOT select Cancel
    • If you selected Cancel on a previous attempt, please clear your browser history, and request a new login link.
  3. Please make sure you open the login link on the same device you used to request it (e.g., if you requested the link on your mobile app, please open the link on that same mobile device).
  4. The login link expires after 5 minutes . If you don’t use your login link within 5 minutes of requesting it, you’ll need to request a new one.
  5. If you continue to experience an error, you can try uninstalling & reinstalling the meter.me app, and requesting a new login link.
