Can’t log in to the app?

  1. First, make sure you have downloaded the latest app version:
    • Use the following link for the iPhone app
    • Use the following link for the Android app
    • For the web app: go to web.meter.me
      • You may want to clear your cache/browsing data and then reload the app to ensure you’re on the latest.
  2. Next, have you been invited to the app? If so, enter the email that received the invite into the email field on the login screen.
  3. Enter your password if you set one up during your initial login
    • If you receive a wrong password error or need to set up a password, use the reset password option and try again. The reset password button is on the bottom center of the login screen. For more details, check out our article: Reset your password
