- First, make sure you have downloaded the latest app version:
- Use the following link for the iPhone app
- Use the following link for the Android app
- For the web app: go to web.meter.me
- You may want to clear your cache/browsing data and then reload the app to ensure you’re on the latest.
- Next, have you been invited to the app? If so, enter the email that received the invite into the email field on the login screen.

- If this is your first time logging in to the app, check out our article: Log in with Multi-factor- Authentication (MFA)
- Enter your password if you set one up during your initial login
- If you receive a wrong password error or need to set up a password, use the reset password option and try again. The reset password button is on the bottom center of the login screen. For more details, check out our article: Reset your password
