Here are the instructions to reset your password for the meter.me mobile/web app.
Mobile app instructions
If you’re logged into the app:
- Open the menu by selecting the icon in the upper left corner of your screen.
- Select Account
- At the bottom of the screen, select Reset Password > Reset
- You’ll see a message confirming that a reset password link has been sent to you
- Open your email and select the link in the reset password email you’ll receive from support@meter.me
- Enter your new password and click Save
If you’re not logged in to the app:
- Open the app
- Then, select the Login button
- Enter your email address for your app account and click Next
- At the bottom of the screen, select the link to Reset Password
- You’ll see a message confirming that a reset password link has been sent to you
- Open your email and select the link in the reset password email you’ll receive from support@meter.me
- Enter your new password and click Save
- Your password must be a minimum of 12 characters in length
- Password must contain at least one of each: Upper and lowercase letter, number, and special character
That’s it! You can now return to the app and log in with your new password.
