How to invite customers to the app
On mobile:

Log in to the app using your channel partner organization

Navigate to the customer organization you’d like to create a system in by:-
- In the side navigation bar, selecting View organization
- You’ll see a list of customer organizations, search and select the one you want

Next select the menu button (…) in the upper right corner

Select “Users”

Select “Invite”

Enter the users email address and select “Next”

If the user has never used the app before you can optionally enter their name (or skip it and we’ll ask the user to enter their own name when they log in)

Select the appropriate role for the user

Select “Send Invite”
On the web app:

Log in to the app using your channel partner organization

Select the customer organization you want to invite a user to

Select the menu icon (three dots) in the upper right corner of the organization view
- Select “Users”
- Select “Invite User”
- Enter the user’s email address and select “Next”

If the user has never used the app before you can optionally enter their name (or skip it and we’ll ask the user to enter their own name when they log in)

Select the appropriate role for the user:
