How to invite new team members to my channel partner organization

On mobile

  1. Log in to the app using your channel partner organization
  2. Select the menu icon (hamburger) in the upper left corner of your app to open your side navigation bar
  3. In the side navigation bar, select “View organization”
  4. Next, select the menu button (…) in the upper right corner
  5. Select “Users”
  6. Select “Invite”
  7. Enter the user’s email address and select “Next”
  8. If the user has never used the app before, you can optionally enter their name (or skip it, and we’ll ask the user to enter their own name when they log in)
  9. Select the appropriate role for the user

On the web app:

  1. Log in to the app using your channel partner organization
  2. Select the menu icon (three dots) in the upper right corner of your organization view
  3. Select “Users”
  4. Select “Add Users”
  5. Enter the user’s email address and select “Next”
  6. If the user has never used the app before you can optionally enter their name (or skip it and we’ll ask the user to enter their own name when they log in)
  7. Select the appropriate role for the user
