How to Create Water Systems in Organizations

How to Create Water Systems

On mobile:

  1. Log in to the app using your channel partner organization

  2. Navigate to the customer organization you’d like to create a system in by

    • Selecting View organization in the sidebar navigation
    • You’ll see a list of customer organizations
    • Search and select the one you want
  3. Next select the menu button (…) in the upper right corner

  4. Select “Add System”

  5. Enter the system details:

    • Name
    • Timezone
    • Address
    • Select “Add system”
  6. Select “Save”

  7. That’s it! Now you’re ready to add components to the system.

On the web app:

  1. Log in to the app using your channel partner organization

  2. Either navigate to an existing customer organization or create a new one that will contain the system

  3. Once you’re in the organization you wish to create the system within, select “Add System” in the upper right corner

  4. Enter the system details:

    • Name
    • Timezone
    • Address
    • Select “Add system”
  5. Select “Save”

That’s it! Now you’re ready to add components to the system.
