Enable or disable faceID/touchID

To adjust your face ID and/or Touch ID settings, using app v1.11 or newer:

  1. Log in to the mobile meter.me app with your account

  2. Open the menu by selecting the icon in the upper left corner of your screen

  3. Tap Account

  4. Tap the toggle under Login, next to FaceID/TouchID.

    • When the toggle is green, FaceID/TouchID is enabled
    • When the toggle is grey, FaceID/TouchID is disabled
