Try the following:
- Are you opening the magic link on the same device as you used to request it? If not, you must open your magic link on the mobile device that you requested it from, that the meter.me app is downloaded on).
- Make sure you are clicking the magic link from your email on your mobile device and NOT your desktop. Meter.me does not have a desktop-compatible application at this point and time.
- Note that the magic link expires after 5 minutes. If you don’t use your magic link within 5 minutes of requesting it, you’ll need to request a new one.
- Check your spam folder(s) for the magic link.
- Since slow network connectivity can cause the magic link delivery to be delayed, try to use a strong internet connection when you log in to the app.
- If this does not solve the issue, you can also try rebooting your device and requesting a new magic link.
