Installer Tools: mote signal and battery graphs

Installers can view a mote’s signal strength and historical battery info via the web app. These graphs can aid in troubleshooting connectivity for a mote.

From the web app:

  1. Log in to the web app web.meter.me
  2. Select the system you want to access
  3. Select the mote you want to view
  4. You can view signal graphs for RSSI or SNR on the left-hand side of the page.
  • Toggle between the graphs using the slider towards the upper left of the graph
  • An acceptable signal is: RSSI greater than -100 (e.g. -99, -98) and SNR greater than 0 (e.g. 2, 5).
  1. You can view the historical battery graph on the right-hand side of the mote page.

The date range for these graphs can be adjusted by selecting the calendar icon at the top of the graph. From there, you can:

  • Enter a custom date range using the calendars to select a beginning date and an end date
