How to use search functions

Users can now search for devices within their water system via the mobile app. Users can also search for water systems and components via the web app.

From the mobile app:

1. Log in to the mobile app
2. Select the system you would like to search within
3. Select the search icon towards the upper right of the screen
   
   
4. Enter your search criteria. The results will populate below
   a. This feature can only search for components within a system
   b. Users with the Installer role can switch to the mote view and search for motes within a system.
   
   
5. To cancel your search, select Cancel
   
   
   
   And that’s it! You can now search for components within a water system.

From the web app:

1. Log in to the web app: web.meter.me
2. From the menu on the left-hand side of the page, select the search bar above Systems
   
   
3. Enter your search criteria. The results will populate below
   a. you can use the provided filters to view results from systems and components
   b. You can select View all results to open a page displaying the search results
   
   
   
   
   
   
   And that’s it! You can now search your water systems and components.
