meter.me users can manually run their pumps and valves via the mobile and web apps. The mobile app supports setting a timed duration or a run cycle that stops at a specified time. The web app supports setting a timed duration.
From the mobile app:
- Log in to the meter.me mobile app with your account
- Select the system you want to access
- Select the pump or valve you would like to run
- Select the Schedule field and choose a schedule option
- Duration: set the amount of time for your run cycle
- End Time: set a stop time for your run cycle
- None: run your device without a schedule (available only for valves)
- Select OK
- Move the slider to the right and hold for 3 seconds to begin the run cycle
And that’s it! You have now started your pump/valve run cycle.

You will see a progress bar with the end time of the run as well as a countdown of the time remaining.

If you wish to stop the cycle early, move the slider to the left and hold for 3 seconds.
From the web app:
- Log in to web.meter.me
- Select the system you want to access
- Select the pump or valve you would like to run
- For pumps, you can set a timed duration (you must set a minimum run of 5 minutes)
- For Valves, you can manually open without a timer, or select the timer toggle and set a timed duration
- Click and drag the slider to the right to begin the run cycle
And that’s it! You have now started your pump/valve run cycle.
- The cycle end date and time will be displayed
- If you wish to stop the cycle early, click and drag the slider to the left
