It’s important to keep your meter.me app update to date to ensure that you have access to all the latest features and enhanced performance. Using outdated versions of the app can cause unexpected issues that may affect the app’s functionality.
We recommend turning on automatic updates to ensure your phone stays up to date on the latest version available.
To check your meter.me app version:
From the mobile app:
- Log in to the meter.me app
- Select the side menu in the upper left corner of the screen
- From the side menu, select About meter.me
And that’s it! From the About menu, you can view the App Version you are currently using.
- If you experience difficulty logging in to the mobile app, you can view the App Version from the initial loading screen of the app
Please be sure to upgrade to the latest iOS app or Android app version.
From the web app:
The version number is displayed on the initial loading screen of web.meter.me.
To view the loading screen, simply refresh the webpage.
