How to Adjust Your Viewable Timezone

By default, your system’s timezone is set according to its location.

However, if you access the system from a different timezone and prefer to view times relative to the local time on your phone or device, you may adjust your account settings to do so.

From the mobile app

  1. Log in to the meter.me app
  2. Select the menu in the upper left corner of the screen
  3. Select Account
  4. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and use the slider to change between the system’s timezone or your local device’s timezone

And that’s it! The application will automatically display all dates and times based on your selected timezone. Please note that any CSV reports will be generated according to the system’s time zone.

From the web app:

  1. Log in to web.meter.me
  2. Select Account in the bottom-left corner of the page
  3. Select Settings
  4. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and use the drop-down menu to change between the system’s timezone or your local device’s timezone
  5. Select Save Changes

And that’s it! The application will automatically display all dates and times based on your selected timezone. Please note that any CSV reports will be generated according to the system’s time zone.
